Visiting delegations
A delegation that lands together should travel together. We meet the flight, take everyone to the hotel, and stay with the group for as long as the visit runs.
Meetings in Tel Aviv, Herzliya and Jerusalem in one day is a normal ask, and much easier with a driver who waits outside than with taxis booked on the hoof.
Conferences and company events
Shuttles between the hotel and the venue, runs to the airport at the end, and transport for a company evening out.

Do you offer meet and greet at Ben Gurion?
Yes. We track the flight and the van waits right where the group walks out of arrivals, whatever time it lands.
Can you work nights and weekends?
Yes. We run 24/7, including Shabbat and holidays, so late arrivals and Saturday meetings are covered.
Can we book the same driver for a whole visit?
Yes, and it usually works better. The driver learns the schedule and you stop explaining it.
